The subject seeks to bring the field of healthcare (i.e. the biomedical and nursing area) to everyone and to promote a basic set of clear, useful knowledge about actions before emergency situations, breaking myths and erroneous behaviours. Attracting students of different ages, cultural level and training, so that they can identify the basic cares and the right procedures to act before daily emergency situations and when First Aid or, in other cases, a specific action is required. Bringing the field of healthcare to anyone interested in it, without the need to belong to the healthcare-related professional areas. Offering new training both didactically and in terms of quality which includes theoretical and practical activities as well as places of interest for the student, and related to the contents of the subject ¿in this case, the Nursing School and its Simulation Rooms. |
