Objectives: - Deepening in the knowledge of the origin, development and significance of Greek theatre, its response to changes in the thinking and politics of Athens. ¿ Analysing the presence and role of myth in the Greek tragedy. Studying the causes of evolution in comedy, from political criticism to utopia and, finally, to a theatre of characters-.- Considering the analogies and differences between Greek theatre and modern theatre, as well as the survival of the former in contemporary literature. |
