Objectius de l'assignatura / competències (2013-14)

The subject is intended to be a follow-up course to Lingüística Aplicada a la Enseñanza del Inglés. It focuses and offer practical issues concerning approaches and components for the design of classroom teaching materials in English.

Instruments i criteris d'avaluació (2013-14)

Avaluació contínua, examen final

All students coursing this subject must hand in a Teaching Unit, prepared in groups, as part of the course work (50% of the final mark). Students are expected to present orally a draft in class before handing in the final version. There will also be a final test (50% of the final mark), at the end of the course. Written commentaries prepared individually or in in pairs as well as involvement and participation in class activities will also be required.
