Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2017-18

Junto con las asignaturas “Ordenación del territorio y desarrollo sostenible”, “Las actividades agropecuarias y sus implicaciones territoriales”, y “Las actividades industriales y comerciales. Implicaciones territoriales”, configura la materia del Master destinada a Actividades socio-económicas y desarrollo sostenible. Al igual que las otras asignaturas que se contemplan en esta materia, entronca con la especialización económica de algunos territorios, la necesidad de identificar políticas públicas de ordenación y gestión sostenible, la cualificación de los recursos humanos, y la optimización y gestión sostenible de los recursos endógenos existentes.

General Competences (CG)

  • CG1 : Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
  • CG2 : Capacity for organisation and planning.
  • CG3 : Capacity to manage information correctly, especially using ICTs.
  • CG4 : Capacity for autonomous learning and adapting to new situations.
  • CG5 : Capacity to put one's knowledge into practice.
  • CG6 : Systematic care and accuracy when working.
  • CG7 : Capacity to integrate with and/or lead interdisciplinary groups according to the context and situation.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE2. : Capacity to master the concepts, methods and techniques used for local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE3 : Capacity to analyse and interpret territory as a complex, interrelated and interdependent system.
  • CE4 : Capacity to diagnose the endogenous resources available in a territory.
  • CE7 : Capacity to make decisions, solve problems and handle unforeseen events in the field of local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE8 : Capacity to explain and transmit knowledge and actions concerning territorial development in an ordered, simple and clear manner, appropriate to the context.
  • CE9 : Capacity to make strategic planning, spatial planning and/or service and activity location proposals from the point of view of sustainable local development.

 

 

 

Learning outcomes (Training objectives)

  • Conocer las principales actividades turísticas que pueden realizarse en un territorio, su estructura  organización.
  • Entender los diferentes factores físicos, políticos, sociales y económicos que intervienen en su implantación y expansión territorial.
  • Comprender las relaciones entre las actividades y los sistemas productivos locales.
  • Valorar la explotación sostenible de los recursos endógenos y los procesos innovadores.
