Course context for academic year 2017-18

La asignatura se plantea como un Ciclo de Seminarios Científicos impartidos por especialistas internacionales y nacionales en campos relacionados con el Programa Formativo de Postgrado de Biomedicina y Tecnologías para la Vida, que incluye los Másteres Oficiales de Biomedicina, Biotecnología para la Salud y la Sostenibilidad, Química Médica y Optometría Clínica y Visión. Los seminarios se impartirán a lo largo del curso, con una periodicidad aproximadamente semanal.

UNIVERSITY MASTER'S DEGREE IN BIOMEDICINE

 

General Competences (CG)

  • CG1 : Acquire the advanced knowledge in different fields of Biomedicine needed for in-depth application to a specific specialisation.
  • CG2 : Ability to follow and critically interpret the latest advances in theoretical and practical Biomedical knowledge.
  • CG3 : Ability to interrelate knowledge to deal with problems from different points of view, thus enriching the solutions.
  • CG4 : Capacity to interpret Biomedical research results at an advanced level.

 

UA Basic Transversal Competences

  • CGUA1 : Oral and written communication skills in English.
  • CGUA3 : Oral and written communication skills in Spanish. Capacity to prepare and defend projects.

  • CG1 : Acquire the advanced knowledge needed for an in-depth approach to a specialisation in Biotechnology applicable to Health and Sustainability.
  • CG2 : Capacity to monitor and interpret the latest advances in the theory and practice of Biotechnology in a critical fashion.
  • CG3 : Capacity to interrelate knowledge that allows one to deal with problems from different points of view, enriching the solutions.
  • CG4 : Capacity to interpret the results of research in Biotechnology at an advanced level.
