La asignatura completa el ciclo de estudios sobre la elaboración de publicidad sobre soportes impresos (realización -proyectar, diseñar y maquetar- y producción -impresión, distribución/instalación-).
La asignatura supone unos conocimientos infográficos previos para el diseño gráfico de cara a que los estudiantes manejen los programas de edición (Photoshop, InDesign o similares) para realizar un 'arte final'.
