Course context for academic year 2017-18

La asignatura Imagen Corporativa tiene carácter obligatorio dada su importancia en el perfil formativo y profesional del estudiante de Grado en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas.

Los intangibles son hoy la principal fuente de valor para las organizaciones, de ahí la importancia para formar a los estudiantes en su identificación, análisis, gestión y puesta en valor.

Uno de los perfiles profesionales que contempla el Libro Blanco para este Grado es precisamente el del gestor de recursos y activos intangibles, como profesional que planifica y gestiona de forma integral los procesos de comunicación, el branding corporativo u otros recursos intangibles, como la marca, la cultura, el diálogo con los grupos de interés o la reputación y confianza, entre otros. La materia pertenece al módulo “Gestión de Intangibles Corporativos: imagen, comunicación, marca y otros intangibles corporativos”.

En Imagen Corporativa se aborda el estudio de los recursos y activos intangibles en las organizaciones y su gestión estratégica, incidiendo especialmente en los no meramente comunicativos, algunos de ellos ya tratados en la asignatura Comunicación Corporativa, impartida en el curso anterior y también incluida en el mismo módulo.

En la asignatura nos aproximamos de forma teórica y práctica al dominio de la imagen y gestión de la marca y reputación corporativas, así como de productos, servicios o proyectos, tanto en grandes corporaciones, empresas medianas o pequeñas, instituciones y entidades sin ánimo de lucro.
