Course context for academic year 2016-17

En la asignatura de Derechos y Libertades e Instituciones del Estado se explica y estudia tanto el sistema constitucional de derechos y libertades y sus garantías como la organización del poder y la organización territorial del mismo en la Constitución española. Con esta disciplina el alumnado debe obtener una formación jurídico-constitucional básica del funcionamiento de los poderes legislativo, ejecutivo y judicial en el Estado social y democrático de Derecho. Asimismo, debe conocer las principales instituciones del Estado, el sistema de derechos y libertades y sus garantías constitucionalmente establecidas y la organización territorial del poder. Esta asignatura, con ello, contribuye al perfil profesional del título y al desarrollo de las competencias específicas y genéricas del mismo al ofrecer el conocimiento de la base de todo el ordenamiento jurídico. El papel de la asignatura dentro del plan de estudios se articula dentro de los conocimientos básicos, estando conectada con los demás conocimientos jurídicos del plan de estudios.

  • CE2 : Perceive the unitary nature of the legal code and the interdisciplinary vision required for legal problems.
  • CE4 : Capacity to handle legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
  • CE6 : Capacity to read and interpret legal texts.
  • CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
  • CE9 : Acquire critical conscience in analysing legal codes and the development of legal dialectics.
