Course context for academic year 2017-18

En la asignatura de Constitución y sistema de fuentes se explica y estudia, en primer lugar, la historia del constitucionalismo y la historia del constitucionalismo español, para abordar, en un segundo bloque de contenidos, la Constitución como norma jurídica y el sistema de fuentes en ella dispuesto, así como los principios estructurales del ordenamiento jurídico. Con esta disciplina el alumnado debe obtener una formación jurídico-constitucional básica de los fundamentos constitucionales del ordenamiento español y de la aplicación del sistema de fuentes en el Estado social y democrático de Derecho. Esta asignatura, con ello, contribuye al perfil profesional del título y al desarrollo de las competencias específicas y genéricas del mismo al ofrecer el conocimiento de la base de todo el ordenamiento jurídico. El papel de la asignatura dentro del plan de estudios se articula dentro de los conocimientos básicos, estando conectada con los demás conocimientos jurídicos del plan de estudios.

  • CE6 : Capacity to read and interpret legal texts.
  • CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
