Course context for academic year 2017-18

Esta asignatura proporciona al alumno conocimientos y capacidades básicas en relación con el Derecho Financiero, prestando una especial atención al Derecho Tributario. Se analizan  los  derechos y obligaciones que se generan tanto desde un punto de vista teórico, como práctico, con el estudio de los diferentes procedimientos tributarios que son de aplicación.
