La asignatura se configura como una asignatura optativa de los Estudios de Grado en Derecho, que se oferta en el Itinerario 1 sobre Administración de Justicia, y que se ubica en el cuarto Curso de la Titulación. Tras el estudio de las asignaturas de “Introducción al Derecho Procesal” y “Derecho Procesal” –que incluye una parte de formación sobre el Proceso Civil Declarativo-, la asignatura de “Ejecución Civil y Procesos Civiles Especiales”, como su propio nombre indica, permite un estudio específico y pormenorizado de la fase de Ejecución Forzosa Civil, las medidas cautelares, y de los distintos Procesos Civiles Especiales actualmente vigentes en el ordenamiento procesal civil español.
