Course context for academic year 2017-18

La asignatura Patrimonio arqueológico y paisaje cultural aborda el análisis de los elementos que componen la ordenación espacial de las sociedades pretéritas. Se aborda la compleja interrelación entre los aspectos naturales y culturales del territorio en su marco histórico. Se analizan específicamente los restos materiales de las distintas sociedades, lo que conocemos como registro arqueológico, y que desde sus coordenadas geográficas se configuran como una huella de los comportamientos espaciales de las sociedades históricas. Se hace especial incidencia en la dinamización socioeconómica que puede suponer el paisaje cultural, especialmente en su vertiente de difusión turística. Específicamente en relación con el grado de Historia, esta asignatura es afín a algunas de las asignaturas del itinerario A, como Gestión del Patrimonio Cultural y Recursos y formas de divulgación de la Historia.
